ICJ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ျမန္မာလုိက္နာေရး လုံၿခံဳေရးေကာင္စီ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္မရ

VOA 05 ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီ၊ 2020 ဗီြအိုေအ (ျမန္မာဌာန) ကုလ လံုၿခံဳေရးေကာင္စီ ႐ုိဟင္ဂ်ာေတြအေပၚ လူမ်ဳိးတုံးသတ္ျဖတ္ရာေရာက္မယ့္ လုပ္ရပ္ေတြကုိ ဟန္႔တားႏုိင္ေအာင္ ျမန္မာအစုိးရက ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားဖုိ႔ အျပည္ျပည္ဆုိင္ရာ တရား႐ုံး (ICJ) ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လုိ႔ အဂၤါေန႔က ကုလသမဂၢ လုံၿခံဳေရးေကာင္စီမွာ တံခါးပိတ္ ေဆြးေႏြးပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့လည္း ေဆြးေႏြးပဲြအၿပီး ေၾကညာခ်က္ထုတ္ျပန္ဖုိ႔ အတြက္ေတာ့ သေဘာတူညီမႈ မရခဲ့ၾကပါဘူး။ ဒီအတြက္ လုံၿခံဳေရးေကာင္စီ အဖဲြ႔၀င္ ဥေရာပသမဂၢ (EU) ႏုိင္ငံေတြကသာ ပူးတဲြေၾကညာခ်က္ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ၾကပါတယ္။ ICJ က ခ်မွတ္လိုက္တဲ့ ၾကားျဖတ္ အေရးေပၚစီမံခ်က္ေတြကို ဖတ္႐ႈႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ICJ က ခ်မွတ္ထားတဲ့ ကနဦးဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ေတြကုိ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံအေနနဲ႔ လုိက္နာဖုိ႔ တုိက္တြန္းေၾကာင္းနဲ႔ ႏုိင္ငံတကာဥပေဒေတြနဲ႔အညီ ခုိင္မာတဲ့ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခ်က္ေတြ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ခ်ဳိးေဖာက္မႈေတြအတြက္ […]
